A red paper note largely written in charcoal. Found in Velikul's Scroll room.

Description:
  1. A note states, “Woman has contraption. Instead of bolts, it shoots hot soup, cabbage I think.”
  2. A note in pencil, “Why such a collection of Arch Mages? Could do anything. Don’t need each other.”
  3. A third note, “The Lord of Serpents, whom used to rule, shall return. Unhappy days ahead.”
  4. On the back is a picture with a note asking, “4 Blades?” The picture looks like a large comb with stuff coming out of it. Could be a weapon or a tool.
